These scrumptious papads can be stored for a year. This goes well with any main courses like sambar and rice, veg meals and much more.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

In a bowl, add curd and 1 cup of water, churn it well.

Step 2 :

Transfer it into a vessel and bring it to a boil.

Step 3 :

Once it boils, add washed sabudana to it.

Step 4 :

Make a paste of green chilly paste and set it aside.

Step 5 :

Add green chilli paste, salt and finely cut coriander leaves to boil.

Step 6 :

Add rice flour and boil it for 20 minutes without mixing it.

Step 7 :

Switch off the stove and mix well.

Step 8 :

Make a poori dough out of the mixture.

Step 9 :

Make roll out small thin pooris and flatten it.

Step 10 :

Dry it in the shade at home for a day, then flip it and dry it for another day in the shade.

Step 11 :

On the third day, dry it in the sun for the entire day.

Step 12 :

Once done, store it in air tight containers. Deep fry in oil whenever needed.
