Black Pepper Chicken Tikka is a easy alternative to the infamous Tandoori chicken tikka kebab range offered at Indian restaurants. This recipe is grilled and comprises of ingredients that are low carb and diet friendly, with the same char grilled taste. Step 1 :

Wash and marinate the chicken pieces with lemon juice, salt, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, pepper powder and olive oil.

Step 2 :

Add one chopped green chilli, mix it well and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Step 3 :

Stack up the marinated chicken pieces on soaked bamboo skewers.

Step 4 :

Grill the chicken skewers on an electric grill for 15 minutes or shallow fry on a grill pan for 8-10 minutes on each side with olive oil.

Step 5 :

Sprinkle chaat masala powder and garnish with coriander leaves. It is best served with mint chutney and onion rings.
