Cauliflower Paratha

It is an easy to make paratha that can be had for breakfast or lunch.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Wash and cut the cauliflower into small pieces. Pat it dry with a kitchen towel and grind the same into a coarse powder.

Step 2 :

Heat a pan, add 1 tbsp oil, cumin seeds and chopped onion, mix it well and allow it to cook until onion get soft.

Step 3 :

Add turmeric powder, salt and the coarse powdered cauliflower.

Step 4 :

Add chopped green chilly, freshly chopped coriander and a few drops of lemon juice.

Step 5 :

Mix the ingredients well, let it cook for another 2 minutes. Once down let it cool down.

Step 6 :

Once the mixture cools down, take a portion of the dough, roll it into a small disc and fill it with 2 tbsp of the prepared mixture.

Step 7 :

Cover it into a ball and roll it into a roti.

Step 8 :

Cook it on a heated tava, on both sides with 1 tsp of oil. Serve the parathas with curd or butter.
