This is a healthy and delicious paratha to start your day with.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Sift wheat flour along with gram flour, salt and red chilli powder into a bowl.

Step 2 :

Peel and mash the banana.

Step 3 :

Wash and finely chop fenugreek leaves.

Step 4 :

Add the leaves, ghee and yogurt to the flour mixture and mix well.

Step 5 :

Add the mashed banana, 2 tbsp of oil and knead it into a stiff dough. Keep it covered with a damp cloth for about 20 minutes.

Step 6 :

Make small balls from the dough and roll it out into discs using dry wheat flour.

Step 7 :

Heat a tawa, once it it hot place a paratha over it and allow it to cook on medium heat.

Step 8 :

Add a little oil and cook it on both sides.

Step 9 :

Serve it hot with pickle or curd.
