Firstly add maida, butter, water, salt, oil and knead into chapati dough.

Roll it like chapati and cut into desired shape or into roundels.

: For the stuffing
In a pan add butter, onion, garlic and stir. Later, add methi leaves, palak leaves, and corn, once it's done. Add cheese, mixed herbs and salt. The filling is ready.

: For the pasta sauce
In a pan add butter and olive oil, add freshly chopped ginger and garlic paste. Later, add 1/2 cup onion puree and tomato puree. Stir well till cooked.

Add mixed herbs, cheese and salt to the cooked ingredients pasta sauce is ready.

: For the ravioli pasta sauce
Put the filling on the ravioli, close it like a dumpling and cook it in boiling water for 4 minutes.

Now, take a pan layer at first with sauce then with ravioli and with some cheese. Again layer it with sauce and lastly grate some cheese and bake it at 200°C for 15 minutes.
