Mix the sauces and keep them aside. Finely chop onion, garlic and red bell pepper.

Roll the basil leaves and chop them. Chop red chillies and remove the seeds.

In a pan, heat oil over low heat and add garlic and onion to it. Saute them till the onion is brown.

Add in the minced chicken. Increase the flame to medium and saute till the chicken turns brown. If there are any lumps formed break it using a spatula.

Add in the chopped bell pepper and chilli. Pour in the sauce mixture. Let it simmer for 5 minutes till the water evaporates and the sauce begins to stick to the chicken.

Add in the chopped basil leaves and stir well. Let it simmer for 5 minutes and turn off the heat.

In a separate pan fry the eggs. Once down, take it out in a plate.

Serve the dish in two plates with rice and fried eggs over it.
