This is a simple and easy to cook recipe with minimum ingredients but flavourful at the same time.

Step 1 :

Wash the prawns properly and wipe it dry using a paper napkin.

Step 2 :

Take bird eye chilli, salt and ginger in a morter pestle and crush it roughly.

Step 3 :

Heat butter and add this crushed mixture to it.

Step 4 :

Thread prawns on bamboo skewers with proper spacing and brush the flavoured butter on each prawn.

Step 5 :

Grill it for 10 minutes and check whether it is cooked or not. Over cooking may lead it to taste like rubber.

Step 6 :

When the prawns turn pink in colour they are ready to eat. Serve and relish this easy and simple recipe.
