Step 1 :

Take amla and place it in the deep freezer for around 10 days.

Step 2 :

Take it out from the freezer and keep it out for a day at normal room temperature.

Step 3 :

Once done, squeeze each amla to remove the ice.Now, press each amla and remove the seeds.

Step 4 :

Coat them with sugar and dry the amla in sunlight for 8 days.

Step 5 :

Add icing sugar and black salt as per taste. The amla color will change to red once dried well.

Step 6 :

Store it in airtight containers.
