Step 1 :

In a bowl, wash the broken wheat (daliya) thoroughly.

Step 2 :

Add one glass of water and pressure cook it for 2 whistles.

Step 3 :

Once done, let the daliya cool down at room temperature.

Step 4 :

Cut the banana in roundels and apple into cubes.

Step 5 :

Add the cooked daliya into a bowl.

Step 6 :

Add the chopped banana and apple to the bowl.

Step 7 :

Sprinkle sabja seeds, chia seeds, watermelon seeds and sunflower seeds as garnish. Enjoy the tasty yet crunchy super bowl.
