Step 1 :
Take a medium size beetroot, grate it and separate the juice from it by squeezing it in a bowl.
Step 2 :
Take 1/2 cup of milk in a vessel, heat it and set it aside.
Step 3 :
Take 1/2 cup of water in another vessel, heat it and add 1 tablespoon of coffee powder to it and set it aside.
Step 4 :
Take a serving glass, add 2 tablespoons of prepared beetroot juice and add 2 teaspoon of honey to it.
Step 5 :
Add hot milk and the prepared coffee concoction to the glass.
Step 6 :
Decorate it with some milk froth and top it with a few mint leaves.
