Ingredients

1 Pack HappyChef Malaysian Stir Fry Kit 250 gm Mushrooms

0.5 Cup Pineapple 1 Bunch Spring onion

1 piece of Coconut 1 piece of Masala papad

1 piece of Onion 1 piece of Tomato

1 tsp Black pepper powder 1 tsp Salt

1 tbsp Lemon juice

Cooking Steps

Ingredients

Step 1 :

Slice mushroom and keep aside. Chop the spring onions too. Meanwhile, add some oil in pan.

Step 2 :

Add mushrooms and saute till they change color.

Step 3 :

Take them out and marinate them in ginger-garlic paste and keep aside.

Step 4 :

In same pan, add peanut satay sauce.

Step 5 :

Add chopped pineapple and marinated mushrooms.

Step 6 :

Bring to a boil. For serving, take out pineapple base, pour in mushroom pineapple fiesta.

Step 7 :

Sprinkle spice mix and garnish with few spring onions and coconut pieces. Serve it with Desi Nacho Salsa bites.

Step 8 :

Roast papad on non stick tawa and keep aside.

Step 9 :

In bowl, add finely chopped onion, tomato,spring onion, pineapple, lemon juice and mix it well.

Step 10 :

Add salt and black peper powder. mix it well.

Step 11 :

On each pieces of roasted papad, evenly spread salsa mixture.

Step 12 :

Serve it with Mushroom Pineapple Malaysian Fiesta.
