Shrikhand is a dessert from Maharastra which is made by hung curd, sugar and dry fruits. This a fusion dessert by combining shrikhand and cheesecake.

Cooking Steps

Shrikhand cheesecake

Step 1 :

First, mix doodh masala in hung curd.

Step 2 :

Add china grass to cold milk and mix it in the hung curd mixture.

Step 3 :

Now crumble the digestive biscuit and add melted butter into it.

Step 4 :

Mix it properly.

Step 5 :

Now assemble the biscuit mixture into a glass and then add the shrikhand on top of it.

Step 6 :

Garnish with crushed pistachio and dried rose petals.

Step 7 :

Now let it set in the fridge for 10 minutes. Serve chilled
