Main Ingredients
Step 1 :
Wash, cut an 'X' on the top of the tomatoes and boil them for 5 minutes. Peel the skin of the tomatoes and grind them into a smooth paste.
Step 2 :
In a pan add ghee and tomato paste and cook well till the water content reduces and it becomes thick.
Step 3 :
Now add sugar, milk powder, and half a drop of red food colour and mix well till everything combines well.
Step 4 :
Now crush the good day biscuits. In a glass, add crushed good day biscuits, tomato halwa, chocolate syrup, crushed biscuits, and tomato halwa layer by layer.
Step 5 :
Decorate it with dry fruits. Yummy tomato halwa parfait is ready to serve.
