Cooking Steps

For Sprouts Kosambari

Step 1 :

Soak channa dal and moong dal in hot water for about an hour and drain it.

Step 2 :

In a bowl, add sprouted moong & white beans, and soaked channa & moong dal and mix well.

Step 3 :

Then add chopped cucumber, onion, carrot and raw mangoes to the bowl and mix well. Further add salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice and black salt.

Step 4 :

Heat oil for tempering and add curry leaves and mustard seeds. Switch off the flame once mustard seeds start to splutter and add it to kosambari mixture.

Step 5 :

Finally, add chopped coriander and fresh coconut. Mix everything well. Serve healthy, low-calorie kosambari in a banana leaf.
