Treat yourself to a festive burst of flavours with this zesty Salmon Tartare, a perfect dish to brighten your Christmas table!

Salmon Tartare

Step 1 :

Freeze the salmon for 3-4 hours till it is firm.

Step 2 :

Take a cutting board and cut it into slices. Then dice it into smaller cubes.

Step 3 :

Cover it with plastic wrap, put it in a bowl and place it in the fridge.

Step 4 :

Make the tartare by mixing the rest of the ingredients together (apart from the ones for the cure).

Step 5 :

Just before serving take the salmon out of the fridge, add the vodka, salt and sugar and toss. Let it sit for 3-5 minutes.

Step 6 :

Toss in the tartare mixture and mix.

Step 7 :

Shape the mixture with a mould or small bowls while serving it with chips in the same tray or add it into a small bowl and serve it separately.
