Mango Nutty Cake is a healthy treat made with multigrain atta, nuts, and mango pulp, sweetened with jaggery for a guilt-free indulgence.

Cooking Steps

Mango Nutty Cake

Step 1 :

Prepare mango puree by adding mango chunks and milk.

Step 2 :

Take a mixing bowl. Melt jaggery in a saucepan.

Step 3 :

In a mixing bowl add jaggery solution, butter and vanilla essence. Add mango puree & mix well.

Step 4 :

Now sieve all the ingredients (multigrain mix, baking powder, baking soda, oats powder). Give a mix.

Step 5 :

Transfer this to a cake mould/any bowl containing parchment paper.

Step 6 :

Place it in a preheated pan or cooker and bake for about half an hour.

Step 7 :

Garnished with heart-shaped mango pieces, nuts and sprinkles.
