Cooking Steps for Mutton Jalfrezi

Step 1 :

Heat refined or mustard oil in cooker, add chopped onions and fry till brown, add ginger and garlic paste and saute well, add chopped tomatoes and fry till the oil comes to the top.

Step 2 :

Add mutton, red chilli powder, salt and saute well, add 1/2 cup hot water, close the lid and pressure cook till meat is tender.

Step 3 :

Open the cooker and add fried potatoes and garam masala, fry till the gravy dries up and oil comes to the sides. Take off heat. Garnish with coriander leaves.
