Steps

Step 1 :

Take a mixing bowl. Make a mixture of ginger garlic Paste, green chilly, capsicum, carrots, cabbage, onion, Egg, corn flour, soya sauce and tomato sauce.

Step 2 :

Add salt as per taste, add sugar marinate the fish pieces with the mixture. Now do the coating of the fish pieces with this mixture. Take a frying pan with refined oil.

Step 3 :

Deep fry the fish pieces. Keep the fried coated pieces in a tissue papers so that excess oil can be soaked. When the excess oil is removed put the fish pieces in a plate.

Step 4 :

In the remaining oil, add some grated onion and capsicum fry them in low flame of gas oven. Now add soya sauce, tomato sauce and chilly sauce and the fired fish pieces and cook it well.

Step 5 : For Serving

Now put the entire contents in a bowl or serving plate. The “Dark Saucy Fish With Veggies” can be served with Fried Rice or Noodles.
