It’s a Main course recipe and can be prepared in only 20min. Having delicious combination of daal and rice with flavour of soya bean.

Step 1 :

Soak rice for 15 min

Step 2 :

Soak Brown Lentil for at least 20 min in hot water

Step 3 :

Heat a Pressure Cooker with Mustard Oil

Step 4 :

Add Cumin, Asafoetida

Step 5 :

Add Onion and fry for about 2 to 3 mins

Step 6 :

When Onion get half fry then Add Cloves, Ground Black Pepper and Indian Bay leaf little with Salt

Step 7 :

Add Soya bean, Ginger & Garlic paste and Green chilli fry for 5 min

Step 8 :

Add Tomato and fry it for 3 min

Step 9 :

Add Soaked Rice and Brown Lentil

Step 10 :

Add 3 Cup of water and wait till boil

Step 11 :

Add salt as needed

Step 12 :

Close Pressure Cooker and switch off the flame after 2 whistles

Step 13 : Serving

Serve with Curd
