0.3 Cup Tahini Sauce 1 medium Lemon

1 pieces Garlic Salt to taste

1 tablespoon Jeera Powder 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

3 tablespoon Water 2 handfuls soaked overnight and boiled chick peas

Cooking Steps

Steps

Step 1 :

Blend the tahini sauce and lemon in a blender for 15 seconds.

Step 2 :

Add jeera, garlic, salt and olive oil and blend again for another 10 to 15 seconds.

Step 3 :

Add in the chick peas and blend for half a minute.

Step 4 :

Pour one tablespoon water at a time blending simultaneously till you get the desired consistency.

Step 5 :

Drizzle some olive oil and jeera before serving.
