This is a savory snack fusion food with its dough origin from french croissant and a schezwan stuffing. Its a perfect snack item for health conscious people with very less oil content and baked. It has a crispy feeling while eating the ends and a stuffed bread texture at the centre.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Prepare the dough with the given ingredients and keep aside for 10minutes. Divide the dough into 10 balls. Roll each ball to 4" diameter and 3mm thickness.

Step 2 :

Mix all the filling ingredients properly. Place 2 tablespoon filling slightly away from the centre of the rolled dough and wrap it around in the form of a stuffed roll.

Step 3 :

Taper the ends and seal the edge with flour paste. Put the stuffed rolls inside a pre heated oven and bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes till it turns golden brown.

Step 4 :

Remove from the oven. Slightly brush butter over the stuffed rolls and serve hot.
