Take the scraped coconut grind it in mixture for half a minute, coarsely(not into a paste/no water to be added)

In a thick bottomed pan, add water and sugar and cook it, till it bubbles and sugar is completely dissolved.

Add the coarsely ground coconut, milk powder and stir on medium heat with a wooden ladle, carefully to avoid the mixture from burning.

Add the cardamom powder, chopped cashew nuts, few drops of raspberry color, ghee and keep stirring till the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the vessel, checking the consistency.

when the mixture is done to the setting point, pour it out on a greased plate and spread it and allow to cool.
