Ingredients

1 Cup Fresh Mango Pulp 1 Cup Fresh Amul Cream

1 Cup Milk 1 Cup Milk Powder

0.5 Cup Powdered Sugar 2 tablespoon Fresh Ginger Juice

Cooking Steps

Preparation

Step 1 :

Most important you should chill all the ingredients in freezer prior (for fast chilling, do not turn it into ice) to avoid forming ice crystals. Prepare mango pulp with all the soft part of mango, store it in freezer to chill. Grate the ginger, extract the juice with help of a clean cloth or strainer and keep aside.

Step 2 :

In a juicer or blender add fresh mango pulp , fresh cream, milk, milk powder, powdered sugar and blend it till smooth.

Step 3 :

Transfer it into a plastic container which has an air-tight lid and your ice cream should be filled till its rim, add ginger juice and mix gently with a spoon. Cover and keep it in freezer till it freezes.

Step 4 :

Serve chilled. Beat the heat and have this fresh and healthy milk ice-cream with kids and elders. Enjoy!
