Preparation

Step 1 :

Chop one large mango, add the chopped mango into a mixing bowl (use a ripe and sweet mango). In the same bowl add finely chopped onion, finely chopped red bell pepper, chopped green chilli and chopped coriander leaves.

Step 2 :

Add the following spices - crushed black pepper, cumin powder, red chilli powder. Now add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, lastly season with salt. Mix everything well and check the taste.

Step 3 :

If the salsa is not spicy then you can add some more green chillies. If it gets too spicy add some more mangoes. Serve this with chips, crackers, tacos or any other snack.
