Chop green olives, jalapeno, tomatoes and mix them together in the proportion (3 : 1 : 2). Add sweet-chili sauce, give it a light mix and sprinkle some oregano on top.
Cheese Sauce
Step 1

Take a flat pan, add butter. After the butter has melted, add the all-purpose flour (maida) and mix well. See that this mixture is not dry, add butter if required. Cook till it is thick, smooth and bubbly.

Add mustard powder and red chili powder, mix well. (If you are using unsalted butter, then add a pinch of salt).

Lower the flame and add milk (1/2 cup). Stir for few minutes and remove lumps if any ( don't worry if lumps are formed, it will dissolve with the cheese ).

Now the add the grated cheese and mix till its smooth and bubbly. If you find the mixture is too thick the you can add the remaining milk from top and mix till smooth.
Step 5
: For Serving
Spread the Tastilo nacho chips in the serving dish and pour the cheesy sauce over it. Add some chopped olives, tomatoes and coriander or oregano as per taste on top. Serve while the cheese sauce is hot with salsa.
