Finely cut all vegetables like spring onions, capsicum, carrots, cabbage and French beans. Wash them and keep aside.

Take a frying pan. Add 2 to 3 tsp of cooking oil. One by one, add the cut vegetables.

Then add salt, pepper, soya sauce and slight sugar for maintaining colour and taste of the vegetables. Cook till it is done.

For decorating and garnishing: In an oval or round plate, take monita canapes and add the above filling with a spoon. Decorate it with 1 to 2 drops of tomato ketchup, coriander leaves and grated cheese. Serve hot.
