White Chocolate Lava Cake

Molten chocolate lava cakes can be easily prepared at home with a healthy twist. Here, wholewheat flour chocolate cupcakes are made with cane sugar. Indulge in this sweet treat totally guilt free and enjoy the creamy and luscious white chocolate that oozes out once the cake is pricked!

Preparation

Step 1 :

In a bowl, mix the milk and curd together and keep it aside.

Step 2 :

Sieve together the wholewheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.

Step 3 :

Now add the cane sugar and vanilla essence to the milk and curd mixture and mix well.

Step 4 :

Add oil and mix well.

Step 5 :

Now preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade.

Step 6 :

To the wet mixture, add the sieved flour mixture slowly and fold.

Step 7 :

Line the cupcake moulds with liners and scoop the batter to the liners until they are quarter filled.

Step 8 :

Next, place 2 pieces of Happy Chef Baking Bar - white chocolate to each of the moulds.

Step 9 :

Then again add the batter until it fills 3/4th of the moulds.

Step 10 :

Bake the cupcakes for 8-10 minutes.

Step 11 :

Once baked, allow to cool for 5 minutes.

Step 12 :

Enjoy the warm chocolate cup cakes with the luscious white chocolate oozing out.
