Garlicious Hung Curd Burger

It is all about adding unique flavourful ingredients to the original burger recipe.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Mix potato, kidney beans, half cup of sweet corns, corn flour, all spices, green chillies and mash properly. Add bread crumbs for a patty-like consistency. Make a round patty and deep fry it in oil till it turns crisp and brown.

Step 2 :

Mix the remaining half sweet corns, mint leaves and garlic in hung curd and make a thick dip. Add some salt and chat masala.

Step 3 : Assembling of the Burger

Cut the burger buns in between. Get it slightly brown on hot a non-stick pan by adding some butter/oil. Mix mayonnaise and tomato ketchup and spread it on the bread.

Step 4 :

Put few slices of cucumber and the patty over it. Top it with slices of tomato and onion. Add hung curd dip over it and close it with other half of burger bun.

Step 5 :

Your hung curd burger is ready, serve it with mayonnaise and ketchup.
