Add water in a bowl. Take 8 slices of bread and dip them in water one by one. After soaking them for about 5 seconds, squeeze out the water and mash all the bread in a mixing bowl.

Add ginger and chilli paste, pepper crush, salt, parsley to the bread mixture. Mix it well and divide it into 4 portions.

Take cheese and grate it. Take one portion of bread and fill it with little cheese and shape it however you wish.

After that, cover it with bread crumbs and fry it in oil on a medium heat. Serve hot.
