This soup is good for diabetic, heart and paralytic person. It increases the metabolism and blood circulation.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

In a pressure cooker, add water, bottle gourd, diced carrot, broccoli, french beans and beetroot.

Step 2 :

Close the lid and cook on high flame for 10 minutes.

Step 3 :

Once done, switch off the gas and allow the cooker to sit undisturbed for 10 minutes, then release the remaining pressure.

Step 4 :

Open the lid and strain out the stock from the vegetables. Keep it aside.

Step 5 :

Make a puree of the tomatoes and set it aside.

Step 6 :

Now, add tomato puree, moong dal and salt in the vegetable broth. Again, close the lid and allow the pressure cooker to cook on high flame for 7 to 10 minutes.

Step 7 :

Serve immediately with a swirl of cream and black pepper on the top of each bowl.
