It is an easy to make, quick snack recipe. It is filling and tasty at the same time.

Step 1 :

Boil potatoes and peas separately.

Step 2 :

Mash the potatoes and set it aside.

Step 3 :

Take a bowl, add mashed potatoes, boiled peas, finely chopped onion, green chilly, dry mango powder, red chilli powder, salt and garam masala. Mix well to combine the mixture.

Step 4 :

In another bowl, immerse bread slices in water for a minute, one by one.

Step 5 :

Take the bread out, squeeze excess water. With a rolling pin, spread the bread on a flat surface on the counter.

Step 6 :

Take 1/2 or 1 tbsp of the mixture and place it on the flattened bread.

Step 7 :

Roll the bread over the mixture, such that the mixture remains in the middle and is entirely covered in bread.

Step 8 :

Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry these enclosed rolls until golden brown.

Step 9 :

Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
