Step 1 :

Clean, wash and roughly chop spinach leaves.

Step 2 :

Grind the raw spinach leaves and paneer to make a smooth paste.

Step 3 :

Add the paste to a bowl. Combine all the other ingredients into the bowl and kneed it into a dough.

Step 4 :

Apply a little oil to the dough, cover it and allow it to rest for 15-20 minutes.

Step 5 :

Roll the chapatis from the dough, using dry flour.

Step 6 :

Cook the parathas on the pan by applying oil to both the sides.

Step 7 :

Serve it hot with curd, garnished with the seasonings of your choice.
