This is a sweet recipe yet healthy in nature. This recipe enhances the taste of beetroot hence kids will not run away from this dish.

Step 1 :

Wash, clean and grate beetroot, once done set it aside.

Step 2 :

Meanwhile, in a vessel boil milk. Bring the milk to a boil.

Step 3 :

Now, add the grated beetroot to the boiled milk and allow it to soak well.

Step 4 :

Add ghee to it and stir continuously until it melts.

Step 5 :

Now, add grated khova and sugar into the vessel and mix to combine well.

Step 6 :

Ensure to keep stirring at regular intervals. Allow the sugar to dissolve completely.

Step 7 :

Once done, add cardamom powder and mix well.

Step 8 :

Transfer it into bowls and garnish it with chopped cashew nuts and almonds.
