Step 1 :

Add peeled carrots and beetroot in the juicer, separately one after the other and set it aside.

Step 2 :

Using a strainer extract the juices.

Step 3 :

In the same blender add milk, sugar, peeled ginger, mint leaves and both the juices.

Step 4 :

Blend it well to incorporate.

Step 5 :

Pour the juice into shot glasses and serve.
