Prepare this easy to make paratha for breakfast. It is made from egg and wheat flour.

Step 1 :

Knead wheat flour with a pinch of salt and water. Once done, allow it to rest.

Step 2 :

In a bowl whisk eggs, add chopped onion, green chilly, coriander leaves, salt and black pepper powder.

Step 3 :

Make a layered roti with dough and cook it half way through from both sides.

Step 4 :

Once it will bulges out cut open one side and turn it to low flame.

Step 5 :

Pour half of the mixture inside the roti and let it cook on medium flame.

Step 6 :

Brush butter on both sides of the paratha and cook it well.

Step 7 :

Serve it with green chutney or tomato sauce.
