Multigrain Tandoori Paneer Pizza

This is a healthier version of pizza as it is made with multigrain flour instead of all purpose flour.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

To a bowl add half a cup of hot water and add 1 tsp of sugar and stir until it dissolves. Then to this while the water is lukewarm add 1 tsp of dry activated yeast and wait till it rises.

Step 2 :

To a large bowl add the whole wheat and multigrain flour. Add the water mixed with yeast and gently knead to form a soft dough. Add one tsp of ghee and more lukewarm water as needed and continue to knead till a soft dough is formed.

Step 3 :

Coat the dough with some oil, cover and rest the dough for roughly 45 minutes to 1 hour til it doubles in size.

Step 4 :

Add some flour to the dough and knead it gently and spread it on a greased pizza tray to make the base.

Step 5 :

Coat the pizza base with pizza sauce and top it with vegetables and sprinkle the seasoning.

Step 6 :

Top it with the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese mix.

Step 7 :

In a preheated oven, bake at 200° C for 15-20 minutes.
