In a bowl, grate a dark chocolate bar. Melt grated chocolate in a double boiler. For this take chocolate in a smaller bowl and place it in a bigger pan filled with water and heat. Keep stirring to make a smooth mixture. The consistency should be thick.

Take plastic cups greased from inside. Pour chocolate in the plastic cups and rotate till the chocolate settles all around and remove the excess.

Keep these in the fridge for fifteen minutes.

Remove, demould and use as desired.

: For Fruit Custard
Heat milk in a wide pan.
Step 6

Add sugar and stir until it dissolves.

Meanwhile, add custard powder to a small cup and add 3 - 4 tbsp of milk to it. Stir well. Make sure it is free from any lumps.

When the milk turns hot, pour 2 tbsp of mix to the hot milk. Stir well.

Repeat adding little more and stir well. Pour the rest of the mixture and stir well to prevent lumps.

Keep stirring and cook on a low to medium heat until the custard turns thick.

Switch off the stove and whisk it well to make it smooth.

Cool it completely to room temperature and chill it.

Add fruit just before serving.

Fill the chocolate cup with fruit custard.
Decoration: (Optional) – Put melted chocolate on bubble wrap, freeze it and remove bubble wrap to get a designer chocolate chip.

Decorate the dessert with chocolate chip and tutti fruity.
