Cheese Maska Chaska Biscuits

Step 1 :

Take a bowl, add in all the ingredients. Mix the ingredients well together and make a dough. I did not use any water at all here. But if you feel the dough is not binding then add a little more curd.

Step 2 :

Roll the dough into a thick chapatti and cut with cookie cutter or any small lid in order to shape them.

Step 3 :

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes and place the biscuits on a greased baking tray. Bake for about 20-22 minutes or till the sides start turning golden.

Step 4 :

Remove, cool on rack and store in airtight container. While serving, garnish with coriander, mint leaves, and green chilies.
