For Chapathi Noodles
Step 1 :
Take 3 ready-to-cook iD whole wheat chapatis and cook them on a tawa with a tsp of oil. Cut them into thin strips and place aside.
Step 2 :
Prepare the omelette by whisking the egg and cooking it in a greased pan until set. Slice it into thin strips once done.
Step 3 :
Next, take a wok and heat the oil in it. Saute garlic, chopped spring onion bulbs & sliced vegetables in it. Further, add a pinch of salt and mix everything well.
Step 4 :
Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, and tomato sauce to the veggies and combine everything well. Saute until the veggies are slightly cooked.
Step 5 :
Now add the cooked thin strips of chapati &omlette. Mix everything well. Adjust salt and spices as needed.
Step 6 :
Transfer to a serving plate & garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
