Grinch Crinkle Cookies
Step 1 :
In a large mixing bowl add room-temperature butter, and milk and whisk it well. To that add 1 pack of HappyChef eggless vanilla cake mix and combine well.
Step 2 :
Pour a few drops of the green food gel colour into the cookie dough.
Step 3 :
Preheat the oven to 180° C. In a small bowl combine 2 Tablespoon of powdered sugar and the corn starch and keep it aside.
Step 4 :
Using an ice-cream scooper, scoop a dollop of cookie dough and uniformly coat in the powdered sugar and corn-starch mixture. Place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Step 5 :
Bake for 10-12 minutes in the preheated oven, allow the cookies to cool down, and place the Grinch heart over the cookie.
