Bechamel Sauce

Step 1 :

Take a small pan and heat the milk on a low flame until it is warm.

Step 2 :

Use a large nonstick pan to melt the butter over medium heat.

Step 3 :

Add the flour and whisk until smooth and turns golden.

Step 4 :

Pour milk little by little into the pan while continuing to mix.

Step 5 :

Whisk after each pour till it blends in and cook for 5-8 minutes.

Step 6 :

Season with salt and pepper.

Step 7 :

Cook the pasta of your choice a la carte, add it to the sauce and serve hot.
