Dalda mixed in Nandini ghee nowadays.
I was using Nandini gher for the past one year. But recently I have been noticing yellow liquid separate and white hard dalda like thing that is settled at bottom when we pour in container. if this is heated, the whole ghee becomes solid after some time. if not heated even once, the ghee remains as yellow and white. when tasted the white part is tasteless and odourless and quite hard. This is definitely vegetable fat (dalda) which is 1/4 th the price of ghee, mixed and passed on as pure ghee. Will not buy Nandinj ghee again.
