White Chocolate cake in microwave

Preparation

Step 1 :

Melt the butter and white chocolate in the microwave for 30-40 seconds.

Step 2 :

Add sugar into it. Let it dissolve.

Step 3 :

Add the egg into the cake mixture. Add flour and baking powder. Whisk them well.

Step 4 :

Grease the reheat able bowl/ tea cup/muffin tin.

Step 5 :

Fill up the batter into the bowl/tea cup/muffin tin.

Step 6 :

Bake in microwave for 1 minute with high heat; 75 seconds with medium heat.

Step 7 :

Check if the cake is done by touching the top of cake / Stick a knife or wooden stick into the cake and it should come out clean. It should be firm.

Step 8 :

Bring it out and let it cool down for 5 minutes before unmolding.
