This is a simple to make snacks that will be loved by kids. It is rich in nutrients and easy to make.

Step 1 :

Dry roast poppy seeds and keep it aside.

Step 2 :

In another pan, heat ghee and roast the dry fruits. Once done, keep it aside.

Step 3 :

Melt the jaggery with a little water until a thread like consistency is obtained.

Step 4 :

Add the roasted dry fruits, poppy seeds, powdered cardamom and vanilla essence to the pan.

Step 5 :

Add the jaggery mixture to it and mix well.

Step 6 :

Apply ghee to the tray and pour the mixture into it.

Step 7 :

Allow it to set and cut into desired shape.
