Dahi paneer roll is a crispy, soft, creamy and tasty roll made with hung curd and paneer. Enjoy each bite by dipping it in ketchup.

Step 1 :

Heat oil in the kadai and add finely chopped green chillies, garlic, ginger and chopped onion.

Step 2 :

Fry it for sometime then add grated paneer and saute it well.

Step 3 :

Add salt, garam masala and red chilli powder, saute it for sometime. Now, add hung curd and switch off the flame.

Step 4 :

Cut the brown edges of the bread.

Step 5 :

Wet the bread gently with a little of water then add stuffing and roll the bread.

Step 6 :

Deep fry or shallow fry it and serve it with ketchup.
