Take a bowl, pour cake mix in a bowl and beat the cake mix with water, oil and eggs. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake in a 180 degree Celsius oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the cake cool completely, then crumble it in a large bowl using your hand. Thoroughly mix the frosting with the cake crumbs.

Divide the mixture and roll into balls that are about the size of a big lemon. Insert a lollipop stick into each ball.

Once shaped, keep these pops in a refrigerator for at least an hour, until the mixture is firm.

Melt candy or chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Gently dip each chilled cake pop in the melted candy or melted chocolate making sure it is completely covered. Now gently tap the stick on the side of the bowl to remove any excess candy to gain a smooth even coating.

Let it dry upright in a Styrofoam block to harden.

Decorate cake pops as desired, with icing or sprinkles.
