Mix together the bb royal besan with turmeric powder, salt, sugar, green chillies ginger paste, and ½ cup curd. Mix well. Add in water and gradually make a paste-like consistency. Pour the batter into a nonstick pan and cook until thick. Once cooked, spread the besan batter evenly over a steamer round plate and leave aside.

For layer 2, combine 1 cup bb royal idli sooji with half a cup of dahi, salt and the required amount of water. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Finally, add in fruit salt and mix.
Step 3

For the tempering heat oil in a vessel. Add in mustard seeds, sesame seeds and jeera. Wait until the crackle. Finally, add in curry leaves. Pour the tempering over the prepared rolls. Serve hot with green chutney.
